On SE and above the rain sensor activates the windscreen wipers at the detection of moisture, and adjusts the wiper interval in relation to rain intensity. While the anti-dazzle interior rear view mirror darkens whenever it reflects the headlights of vehicles behind you. Then there would also be the option of a front parking sensor. Plus - if you choose power front seats - a kerb-side function for the passenger's rear view mirror. It inclines automatically when the reverse gear is engaged, making for better kerb-visibility and keeping your alloys scratch-free. Now, what about an optional electric slide and tilt solar sunroof with integrated solar cell technology that maintains a perfectly cool interior temperature in summer, or a heat-reflective windscreen, cutting interior temperatures by up to 10ºC? Plus an optional air quality sensor that shuts the vehicle's external vents when increased levels of oxides are detected? Its ESP (Electronic Stability Programme) monitors information from the steering wheel, tyres, brakes and accelerator, making adjustments where necessary. Its ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) keeps your wheels from skidding, maintaining directional control. And its Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) detects 'panic stops' and reacts by applying maximum braking effort within milliseconds. The entire package is standard in all versions.
